• PRN, 7 on/7 off schedule: Enjoy a predictable work-life balance with extended time off.
• Reasonable census: Manageable patient loads for focused care.

Qualifications

• Current clinical competence with experience demonstrating quality and efficiency.
• Board certified or eligible.
• Current Ohio Medical Board licensure preferred.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, able to facilitate change.
• Participation in multidisciplinary rounds, accreditation, compliance, and regulatory activities.
