Roofing Technician

Ohio and Indiana Roofing is filling full-time positions for Roofing Technicians. These individuals are to be involved with installation of commercial and industrial roofs, using primarily membrane material on flat roofs. A roofing or construction background is preferred, but we are willing to train an individual that aligns with our core values.

Roofing Techs that put in the work and drive success have amazing growth opportunities. Roof Techs can build their future with OIR by growing into Estimating, Project Management and even Sales roles based on ability and skillset.

• Prefer experience in commercial and industrial roofing, but are willing to train.
• An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, and PVC applications is a huge plus.
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written.
• Valid Driver's License
