What You'll Do

As an Account Director, you'll play a key role in shaping recruitment marketing strategies and managing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing innovative recruitment campaigns that leverage research, digital media, and strategic planning.
Collaborating with clients to define objectives, craft go-to-market strategies, and execute campaigns effectively.
Presenting media plans, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Managing client budgets, ensuring projects stay on track while maximizing results.
Leading client communications and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Identifying opportunities for business growth by recommending new services and solutions.
Coordinating projects, briefing creative teams, and overseeing execution to ensure top-quality deliverables.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an advertising agency, PR firm, or in-house marketing team (experience in recruitment marketing is a plus!).
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for developing unique talent attraction solutions.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills to engage and influence clients.
Sales or business development experience is a bonus.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, ever-evolving industry.
Willingness to travel (10-15%) for client meetings and industry events.
