Master Cabinet Maker / Residential Woodworker
Elyon Cabinets – Mansfield, Ohio

This is not a typical cabinet shop position. We are looking for a true woodworker and craftsman—someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building something meaningful.

Elyon Cabinets is growing quickly. We’ve recently purchased a 186,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Mansfield, Ohio, and we are building a company focused on quality, innovation, and long-term stability. We are looking for a skilled cabinet maker who wants to make a name for themselves, continue growing in their craft, and be part of doing something great.

This role is for someone who cares deeply about the end result. We are not looking for clock-punchers who are only here for a paycheck. We want a passionate team member who shows up on time, takes ownership of their work, stays late when necessary, and believes in doing things the right way.

What you will do
• Build high-quality residential cabinets
• Make cabinet doors and drawer boxes
• Work with hardwoods, plywood, and veneers
• Perform all aspects of cabinet making, from raw material to finished product
• Execute precise joinery, assembly, and fit
• Solve problems and maintain high craftsmanship standards
• Work as part of a professional, motivated team

What we are looking for
• At least 10 years of experience in residential cabinet making and woodworking
• Proven ability to build cabinets, doors, and drawers from scratch
• Strong understanding of joinery, tolerances, and cabinet construction
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• A mindset focused on growth, improvement, and ownership

Compensation and benefits
