Service and Sales Coordinator

As one of our Service and Sales Coordinators you'll play a key role in supporting and helping streamline the sales process from assisting walk-in customers to invoicing rendered services and coordinating services and repair calls. We need someone that is versatile and able to think quickly on their feet with a proficiency in project management skills. You'll be heading various projects and assisting with sales of your own- be it supplies and equipment or contracts for cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling sales and customer service calls.
• Process walk-in client requests for supplies and/or services.
• Coordinate client machine servicing and repair calls from scheduling to invoicing and collection.
• Manage equipment rental scheduling.
• Coordinate and secure cleaning contracts and special project sales. Includes making cold calls, site visits, research, development, contact, and support.
• Assist in handling client issues and case resolution.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating order delivery and pick up for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory records and handle replenishing stock, as necessary.
• Be a catalyst to move sales and service processes forward all the way through to fulfillment and invoicing.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Sales or business development experience in the cleaning, floor care, or Jan-San supply industry is preferred.
• Project Management experience.
• Must have experience making outbound sales calls intending to sell a product or service.
• Must have experience sending outbound emails intending to sell a product or service.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce is preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Must be outgoing and like to cultivate relationships.
