Your role:

Fabrication:

• Assist in production processes (laser, turret, shear, punch, weld) ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members and support 5S initiatives for improvement.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Assembly:

• Assemble manufactured products while ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain communication with team members and participate in 5S for improvement.
• Follow assembly documentation and procedures.

Paint:

• Paint manufactured products, ensuring quality and safety.
• Communicate with team members and contribute to 5S initiatives for improvement.
• Follow painting process documentation and procedures.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-5 years of related experience; department-specific experience preferred.
• Skilled in using measurement devices (e.g., tape measures, calipers).
• Able to interpret business information, technical procedures, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with limited standardization.
• Proficient in internal software (word processing, spreadsheets, inventory control, communication).
