Maintenance Technician / Handyman - Full-Time
Are you a hands-on, mechanically inclined problem solver? We're looking for someone who enjoys fixing things, staying busy, and working with their hands. If you consider yourself a handyman, this could be a perfect fit!
What You'll Do
- Help adjust, move, or reposition machinery
- Replace simple components (taillights, small parts, minor repairs)
- Grease, tighten, and maintain equipment
- Clean and prep machine parts
- Assist with basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Sweep, organize, and help keep the shop clean
- Support the maintenance lead with day‑to‑day tasks
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude - comfortable with hand tools and basic power tools
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Welding experience is a bonus , but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Dependable, team-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work
Work Environment
- Mix of indoor and outdoor tasks
- Industrial setting with dust, dirt, grease, and noise
- All necessary tools provided
