We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at a well-maintained apartment community in the Cleveland, OH area.
Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a variety of duties, including make-readies, unit turns, and work order completion. Your tasks may involve:
- Electrical and plumbing repairs
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry, drywall, and painting
- General grounds clean-up
- Snow removal during winter months
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Own basic tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
