Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain flat and low-slope roof systems including PVC, TPO, and EPDM.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Experience with power tools and roofing systems such as PVC, TPO, and EPDM.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
