Project Manager Assistant (On-Site & Remote)

XPAINT LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support daily operations across residential and commercial painting projects.

This is a part-time hybrid position , combining on-site visits with remote administrative work . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with scheduling jobs and coordinating crews
• Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, updates, and questions
• Perform on-site visits to check job progress, take photos, and ensure quality standards
• Support estimates, job tracking, and project documentation
• Handle remote administrative tasks (emails, data entry, file organization)
• Help manage materials, supplies, and job logistics
• Maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed projects
• Support jobsite marketing efforts , including placing yard signs, taking before/after photos, and helping generate local visibility for ongoing projects

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable with technology, email, and basic software tools
• Reliable transportation for on-site visits
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in construction, painting, or project coordination
• Familiarity with scheduling or project management tools
