$130,000 – $140,000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership skills to join a leading provider of Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care as a Director of Nursing .

This role has overall responsibility for the clinical management and quality of resident care within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Cincinnati. The organization operates 50+ facilities across 4 states and offers exceptional stability within the LTC market through ownership of its buildings, ancillary services, and direct operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all nursing and clinical services within the facility
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Partner closely with the Licensed Administrator to deliver care aligned with company policies
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop nursing and care staff
• Develop and support nurses to enhance clinical expertise and care quality
• Communicate and implement Health Department directives effectively across the team
• Maintain high standards of resident-centered care and clinical excellence

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Ohio
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory standards in skilled nursing and long-term care
• Strong understanding of adult and geriatric developmental needs
• Demonstrated experience caring for residents with:
• Therapeutic needs
• Neurological and dementia-related conditions
• Dialysis
• IV therapy
• Infectious disease management
• Wound care
• Proven leadership ability within a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
