We are on the lookout for seasoned Pega Senior Business Systems Analysts with strong App Studio + Constellation experience to join our team. As a Pega SeniorBusiness Systems Analyst you play a key role in the migration from Pega Cosmos to Constellation. The right person will be a 60% Business Architect and have a 40% System Architect mindset.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

UX Constellation Translation (Primary Responsibility)
oConvert business-defined UX concepts into:
oCase types, stages, and steps
oViews and view configurations
oData objects and relationships
oEnsure designs align with Constellation patterns and constraints
oChallenge and refine UX designs that are not feasible in Constellation
Case Design & Modeling
oLead creation and refinement of:
oCase life cycles
oPersonas and user journeys
oData models (case + data objects)
oSimplify and standardize workflows to fit Constellation best practices
oIdentify opportunities for reuse across case types
App Studio Configuration Leadership
oDrive design and configuration using App Studio (not Dev Studio-first mindset)
oDefine:
oViews (forms, fields, layouts)
oAssignments and processes
oPartner with SSAs to ensure clean handoff for any advanced logic
Design Governance & Guardrails
oEnforce Constellation-aligned design decisions:
oAvoid unnecessary customization
oPrevent Cosmos-style UI thinking
oEnsure solutions adhere to:
oPega guardrails
oReusability and maintainability standards
oAct as the first line of defense before escalation to LSA
Business Collaboration & Playback
oFacilitate:
oDesign workshops
oPlayback/demo sessions
oTranslate business feedback into actionable configuration changes
oEducate stakeholders on:
oWhat Constellation can and cannot do
oTrade-offs in design decisions
Collaboration with LSA & Engineering
oPartner with LSA on:
oDesign decisions impacting architecture
oData model alignment
oWork with SSAs/SAs to:
oClarify requirements
oEnsure accurate implementation
oIdentify when requirements require:
oCustom components
oIntegration changes
Backlog Shaping & Story Definition
oCreate and refine user stories with:
oClear acceptance criteria
oConstellation-aware design context
oEnsure stories are:
oBuild-ready
oFree of ambiguity
oPrioritize work with product owners

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 610 years total Pega, with at least 12 real Constellation implementations, and strong BSA + App Studio experience.


Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required
. Strong personal initiative, drive, motivated to learn.
. Strong written and communication skills
. Banking experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $176,300.00.
