3rd Shift Stand Up Forklift Operator

1st Shift Stand-Up Forklift Operator
Location: Seville
Shift: 3rd Shift – Monday–Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
Pay Rate: up to $20/ hr (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time | Temp to Hire
Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Sharon Center, Ohio. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials, staging product, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods
- Accurately pick and place product in racking locations
- Perform basic inventory movement and material handling tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Prior stand-up forklift experience required
- Ability to safely operate in tight warehouse spaces and high racking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work at a steady pace
Preferred Experience
- Warehouse or distribution center experience
- RF scanner or inventory system experience (a plus)
