Coordinator, Global Trade

In this exciting hybrid role based out of Dublin, Ohio, you will work 15 to 20 hours per week helping to execute a major strategic transition within the organization's pharmaceutical purchasing operations. salary: $34.1 - $34.11 per hourshift: First
work hours: 3 PM - 8 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Position Summary: Support a dedicated project management team executing a strategic global supplier roll-out plan. This role balances hands-on project coordination with multi-channel stakeholder communication to track timelines and facilitate global procurement operational changes. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an operational link between internal stakeholders, project managers, and external global suppliers.
- Coordinate project milestones, track timelines, and manage comprehensive project and plan documentation.
- Schedule cross-functional meetings, manage tracking resources, and facilitate follow-up interactions with suppliers.
- Investigate internal processes to identify root causes of workflow discrepancies and implement more effective administrative systems.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Office Administration, Project Coordination, or a procurement-related technical field.
- strong computer and IT literacy skills; prior experience with SAP or pharmaceutical industry databases is a plus.
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to interface comfortably across time zones.
- Detail-oriented tracking mindset with the ability to work independently under ambiguous or evolving project environments.
