Administrative Assistant to the SVP and Chief Financial and Investment Officer

Franklin University is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) & Chief Financial and Investment Officer (CFIO). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role will involve establishing and maintaining financial controls for projects and major events, tracking contracts, reviewing and revising processes for efficiency, and coordinating various internal and external activities.

In addition to performing typical high level administrative duties, other key responsibilities include conducting research and compiling information for various projects and initiatives; providing assistance related to investment manager due diligence, administrative document support, and fund reporting document preparation and presentation; serving as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including Trustees, vendors, and team members; managing compliance for new and existing projects and relationships and streamlining the preparation of quarterly reporting.

We seek someone with prior experience supporting senior-level executives who has a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field for this position. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected, and the selected applicant must use discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information entrusted to them. The position will require someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed, the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines as well as flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and situations. A positive demeanor and willingness to take on new challenges will help ensure success in this position.
