As a **Security Officer - Shopping Center Patrol Driver** in **Columbus, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and attentive service. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors, and provide exceptional customer service, supporting a welcoming and secure environment for everyone. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for staff and visitors.
+ Observe for suspicious behavior or situations and report findings according to established procedures.
+ Document incidents and maintain accurate records as required by site-specific protocols.
+ Work collaboratively with store personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a positive experience for customers.
+ Assist with access control and help to deter theft or loss within the retail environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
