HLC Project Lending Consultant
Description
Summary: The Business Banking Credit Specialist oversees local market Business Banking portfolio risk on an ongoing basis by monitoring customer credit-worthiness, adherence to loan terms and general business conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors maturing loans and upcoming renewals with support from Monitoring Analyst Team.
- Coordinates timely collections of past-due loans with Business Banking Central Collections Group (CACS).
- Coordinates various credit administrative activities and reporting with the Business Loan Center, Central Collections, Special Assets, Business Banking RCO, Credit Administration and local market senior management.
- Maintains and manages small portfolio of large dollar or complex credit accounts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of Business Banking or lending experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- Prior knowledge of SBA loans
- Excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay)
