Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced MaintenanceTechnician who is flexible, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving tough problems repairing equipment? We are looking for an individual to join a local company looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Tech. This person will be responsible for providing industrial maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of the production facility. Key responsibilities include equipment setup, teardown, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and facility maintenance If you are looking to stand out in your field this may be the opportunity for you.

salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (OT every other Saturday 9am -1pm). 2nd shift comes with a $3 shift diff

Pay: $30 - $35 ($62.4k - $72.8k) - depending on experience

Duties:

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to work orders to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures across specialized production equipment, including coaters, laminators, printers, and presses.

• Perform comprehensive facility maintenance , including structural repairs and grounds upkeep, to ensure a safe and operational environment.

• Lead equipment enhancement projects by installing, modifying, and upgrading machinery to improve efficiency and output.

• Maintain a culture of safety by keeping workspaces organized (5S) and adhering to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.

• Collaborate in a small team environment (2-person 2nd shift) to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
