Product Specialist

The Jeff Schmitt Auto Group has been providing excellent automobile sales and service to the Dayton community since 1946. Our mission is to be the premier automotive home for drivers in the Dayton, OH area by offering a vast selection of new and used vehicles, exceptional customer service, and a personalized, "customer-first" car-buying experience. Our goal is to ensure total customer satisfaction while acting as a supportive community partner.

We are looking to expand our Sales Team, with an opening at our Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi location. This is a full-time on-site position that includes Saturdays and some Holidays.

Essential Duties of Position:

Sales & Business Development

• Pursue and obtain new business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that align with those needs
• Provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Communication
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to present effectively.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
