Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an NX Siemens Programmer role in Cincinnati, OH . · Program, modify, and optimize CNC machining programs using Siemens NX software.
· Develop efficient toolpaths for multi-axis CNC machines to meet production and quality requirements.
· Collaborate with engineering, machinists, and production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into finished parts.
· Review CAD models, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining strategies and setup requirements.
· Troubleshoot and resolve programming, machining, and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
· Optimize cycle times, tooling usage, and machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
· Conduct programs prove-outs and support first-article inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.
· Maintain detailed documentation of programs, revisions, and machining processes.
· Adhere to safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in machining or manufacturing is preferred.
· Proven experience programming CNC machines using Siemens NX .
· Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, fixturing, and GD&T.
· Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models.
· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Experience with multi-axis machining and aerospace or high-precision components is a plus.

· Competitive compensation based on experience. $65,000-$85,000 DOE.
