Quality Inspector
As a Quality Inspector, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. Essential Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
- Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
- Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations
- Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
- Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
- Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert
- Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
- Extensive experience in calibration and standards
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP experience preferred
