You’ll handle a diverse caseload focused on first-party property insurance disputes, including coverage and bad faith litigation. The right attorney will have experience managing files independently from inception through resolution, as well as drafting coverage opinions, motions, and participating in hearings and depositions. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of litigation experience; insurance defense or coverage background preferred
Experience drafting coverage opinions and litigating bad faith or coverage matters
Proven ability to handle discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Solid academic credentials and professional judgment
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
