Technician

Saw & Press Machine Operator!

This is a hands-on machine operating role in a cleanroom/controlled environment, working MondayFriday with optional overtime. You'll be setting up and running cutting equipment, monitoring product quality, keeping accurate production records, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. This is a contract-to-hire position with openings on multiple shifts.

Pay is $19$21/hr depending on shift.

Located in New Miami, OH

What You'll Do

Set up machines: mount blades, adjust guides, and set speeds/pressures

Load raw materials (bar stock, sheet, tube) and sort finished parts

Measure parts with calipers/rulers and check against drawings/specs

Monitor machines during operation, clear jams, and make minor adjustments

Perform basic maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, blade changes

Remove full crates of finished product and label correctly

Maintain accurate production records raw materials used & finished goods

Identify material shortages or incorrect quantities

Keep your work area clean and remove unused tooling

Ensure all first-piece product is approved by Quality Manager

Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and ADS Core Values

Skills Needed

Manufacturing or machine-operation experience

Ability to read basic measurements (calipers, rulers)

Comfortable with repetitive work and standing for the shift

Strong attention to detail and quality checks

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable in a cleanroom/GMP environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
