Apartment Maintenance Technician – Contract Assignment
Location: Painesville, OH
Ready to put your maintenance skills to work? Join BGSF for a contract assignment as an Apartment Maintenance Technician! You’ll handle everything from unit turns to resident repairs while keeping the property safe and comfortable.
Pay & Schedule:
- $20/hr
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call responsibilities required
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove trash and maintain clean common areas
- Perform snow removal on sidewalks
- Complete vacant unit turns, including painting
- Respond to resident work orders promptly
- Handle basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to lift and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable and detail-oriented
