Senior HRIS Analyst (Timekeeping and Payroll)
The Senior HRIS Analyst's primary focus will be on supporting and maintaining the existing Timekeeping (UKG Dimensions) and Payroll (Ceridian Dayforce) systems. They are also responsible for supporting the integrations with Human Capital Management (Workday) system and may have HCM responsibilities. They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality HR service and efficient processes. This individual will serve as an HR administrator for Workday, UKG, and Ceridian and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of and planning for system upgrades, report writing, analyzing data, and process flows for process improvement opportunities. This individual must possess a unique set of skills that include an understanding of Workday HCM, UKG Dimensions timekeeping, Ceridian Dayforce payroll, reporting, and strong project management and analytical skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
UKG Dimensions timekeeping system administration, configuration, and support
Ceridian Dayforce payroll system administration, configuration, and support
Workday support, administration, and configuration
Support with day-to-day UKG Dimensions and Ceridian Dayforce user requests and troubleshooting
Work with other Workday analysts to handle interdependencies of system changes
Identify, recommend and implement Workday-enabled business process improvements
Liaise with Workday, UKG, and Ceridian user communities to access best practices
Partner with HR and Payroll teams to guide and recommend Workday, Ceridian, and UKG best practices to support strategic project roadmap
Data load abilities (EIBs)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years related experience
Strong UKG Dimensions/Kronos configuration & integration experience
Familiarity with payroll system management, Ceridian preferred
Workday configuration is a strong plus
Experience with ADP system is a plus
Bachelor or associate degree or equivalent experience

Salary range in California for this position is: $98,000 to $128,000. Salary range in Colorado for this position is: $90,000 to $123,000. Salary range in Washington for this position is: $104,000 to $121,000 Salary Range in New York for this position: $100,000 - 1$122,000 and bonus target is 3%;¯shift¯premium may be available depending on shift associated with the specific job opportunity. Benefits¯including Medical, Rx, Vision, Dental, and Health Savings Account (HSA), Retirement and Security¯benefits including 401k and Life Insurance. During the first year of employment, employees may accrue up to 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), equivalent to 120 hours. Employees receive 13 paid holidays. In addition to Paid Time Off and paid Holidays, each¯employee receives 16 hours paid time each calendar year to perform volunteer services for Nordson-sponsored events.
