We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. What You'll Do:Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while preserving their dignity and independence.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Answer resident call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service.
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
Accurately document care provided.
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
Help create a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers.
Current Ohio STNA certification required.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide quality care while maintaining resident dignity and respect.
