Job Title: DLP Migration Specialist MS Purview

Duration: Contract (target completion by November 15, 2025)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the migration of Talcott's current Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platform from Digital Guardian to Microsoft Purview DLP . The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in successfully implementing and configuring Purview DLP and help us resolve challenges with achieving consistent and reliable operation. This is a time-sensitive project with a goal to complete the migration by November 15, 2025 .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration process from Digital Guardian to MS Purview DLP.
• Assess the current DLP setup, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for Purview deployment.
• Configure Purview DLP policies, rules, and alerts aligned with organizational compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to ensure consistent DLP operation.
• Collaborate with internal security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure smooth migration and adoption.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to internal stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Purview DLP in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards .
• Previous experience migrating from Digital Guardian or other DLP platforms to Purview DLP preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 compliance features, security controls, and policy management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
