Customer Solutions Representative

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
- Answer participant inquiries regarding retirement accounts, including contributions, asset allocation, rollovers, and withdrawals with a focus on First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Use CRM tools and MS Office proficiency to process account requests and document interactions.
- Provide expert guidance on retirement accounts, you help those who serve our community—teachers, firefighters, and civil servants—navigate their financial futures with confidence.
- Comfortable navigating MS Office Suite and learning new software quickly.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service, retail, or sales-related role.
- A natural curiosity about the financial services industry and a drive for continuous learning.
- No evenings, no weekends, and no mandatory overtime.
- A balanced hybrid work schedule.
- (Upon conversion to full-time) Includes a pension plan, 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision, and paid volunteer time.
