Job Title: Assembler - Finishing
Job Description
As an Assembler in the Finishing department, you will be responsible for measuring sheet metal pieces, usually ranging from 10-15 feet in length, and placing them accurately. Your role may also include performing small welds to tack metal pieces into place, ensuring the welders can complete the product efficiently. Additional duties involve buttoning, bolting, gluing items to the final product, adding components to enclosures, and touching up paint.
Responsibilities

 - Button, bolt, and glue items to the final product.
 - Add components to enclosures.
 - Touch up paint as needed.
 
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude.
 - Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
 - Experience using hand and power tools.
 - Capability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
 
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Assembly and construction experience is a plus.
 - Trade school or certifications in welding or construction is preferred.
 - Construction experience, particularly with framing, is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
