General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in full-service casual dining (3–5 preferred)
• Strong bar operations background preferred

• Stable employment history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years )
• Kitchen knowledge and hands-on management experience a plus

• Work a consistent 55-hour week (five 11-hour shifts with two days off)
• Balance maintaining a family-style culture with holding staff to high standards
• Direct daily operations focused on guest satisfaction and staff development
• Lead by example, mentoring and developing team members, especially those new to the industry
• Uphold appearance standards in a relaxed but professional environment (visible tattoos and piercings acceptable, except face tattoos)
