Embedded Software Engineer
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain embedded software using embedded C/C++ and Python or similar scripting tools within a Windows-based development environment. Develop and debug real-time software running on RTOS, including low-level drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs) to support hardware bring-up and system functionality. Implement and support communication protocols such as Ethernet, RS-422, MIL-STD-1553, and SPI while collaborating closely with hardware, systems, and test engineers. Participate across the full Software Development Life Cycle, contributing to design reviews, testing, documentation, and team-based problem solving.

Real-Time Operating Systems
All development is in Windows
