Cable Technician – 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

We’re looking for motivated technicians to join our team on a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity . If you have experience with cable termination and a strong work ethic, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do

• Pull and install cables (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber) following guidelines and directions from senior installers.
• Assist with installing support structures and IT network hardware (servers, racks, j-hooks) – training provided as needed.
• Perform cabling, wiring, and occasional maintenance tasks in a healthcare/hospital environment.
• Use basic hand tools (punch down, snips, wire strippers, etc.) – must bring your own tools .
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality – “Do it right the first time” is our motto.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with cable pulling, termination, and punch-down work.
• Familiarity with Cat5, Cat6, and fiber cabling.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to attendance.
• Hard-working, professional, and safety-conscious attitude.
• Ability to think critically and adapt to new technologies.
• Comfortable working in a team environment and learning new responsibilities.

Compliance Requirements

• Must pass a drug test (including THC) and BGC
• Must adhere to strict safety and attendance policies.
• Safety gear required: Hard hat and safety glasses (we can provide if needed).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
