Our strategy is to deliver highly customized equipment, components and service to our customers throughout the lifecycle of their plastic processing technology systems. Job Summary: Leading the North America talent acquisition team, implementing the Talent Acquisition Strategy of aligning, integrating, and adopting global recruitment technology and processes in the region. This will include managing external recruiting partners and delivering a full life-cycle recruitment process across requisitions, along with the team. Recruiting and partnering with the business at all levels to ensure you deliver a high level of service. Job Responsibilities: As the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader, you will:- Manage the delivery of full life-cycle recruitment processes across all levels and roles and carry a modified requisition load.
- Serve as the subject matter expert of Talent Acquisition for business and HR leaders. Partner closely with all hiring managers and HR, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements, and talent needs while delivering outstanding client service.
- Build a services model to manage the pre-boarding experience to support hiring.
- Manage and provide strategic direction for internal recruiters, external recruiting firms, or partners to ensure we have an agile approach to support our businesses’ hiring needs.
- Identify candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, networking, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through creative and cost-effective sourcing channels to facilitate an inclusive hiring process and build external relations within the community.
- Use KPI reporting and data to drive effective priorities and strategies with the business and develop sourcing and candidate strategies, metrics, and best practices.
- Provide consultative leadership across the full recruitment lifecycle, advising stakeholders on hiring strategy, compensation benchmarking, job architecture alignment, compliance governance, and talent market insights.
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System and contribute to CRM strategy, content, and pipeline management.
- 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years’ experience leading a team of recruiters or recruiting partners.
- Preferred experience in managing external recruiting partners and an in-house recruiting team. Understanding of critical metrics to drive accountability and a track record of delivering talent needs.
- Demonstrate advanced and creative sourcing skills to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing, as well as the ability to draft clear and effective reports, policies, etc.
- Knowledge of Global Talent Acquisition practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization, as well as with different functions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Adept at managing large-scale initiatives via change management and a transformational mindset.
- Experience with deploying the Talent Acquisition module
