Customer Service Representative - Westerville

Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers to ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience
- Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
- Process, tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor
- Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs
- Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers
- Maintain store operations and uphold company standards
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall store success
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
- Attention to detail for inspecting and handling merchandise
