Looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment? Spirits, the newest music venue in Downtown Willoughby, is the place to be! With a full-service restaurant, bar, and even a dining train car, we’re gearing up for an incredible season of patio dining, live music, and bocce leagues. We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic and experienced restaurant servers/waitstaff to help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Restaurant Server/Waitstaff at Spirits, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Here’s what your role will look like: - Providing attentive and friendly service to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. - Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly. - Sharing your knowledge of our menu, specials, and venue offerings to assist guests in making selections. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tables and service areas. - Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. - Handling guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about hospitality and have the skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for: - At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant server or waitstaff role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy setting. - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
