Vinyl Graphic Installation & Production Lead

Creative Solutions Group is a fast-paced, growing organization looking for a full-time professional, highly skilled Vinyl Graphic Production & Installation Lead to join our dynamic team in our Maumee, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a graphic layout to produce graphics per specifications.
• Operate and maintain printers, laminating equipment & plotter cutter.
• Prepare substrates and surfaces for vinyl application.
• Weeding of plotter cut vinyl graphics.
• Installation of vinyl graphics on substrates, display properties & walls.
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production.
• Assist graphic designer with measuring of tradeshow booth properties and displays for SEG fabric graphic production (vendor produced).
• Installation of SEG fabric graphics.
• Clean & maintain graphics areas.
• Maintain inventory of required supplies for vinyl production and installation.
• Be a team player and willing to learn new skills and assist others as required.
• Be willing to assist the shop fabrication department as needed including but not limited to tradeshow booth set-up and tear-down.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in vinyl graphic production and installation preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
• Mobility and flexibility to install vinyl graphics at waist high tables, on displays/walls from ground level to heights using ladders/lifts.
