Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Sensical team and keep our equipment and facilities running smoothly. If you’re experienced in industrial maintenance and enjoy solving mechanical and electrical problems, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Fridays)

What You’ll Do:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely manner.
• Tear down, replace, or fix worn or broken parts.
• Adjust and fine-tune mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and service systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
• Maintain accurate machine repair logs, equipment files, and parts lists using our CMMS system.
• Take on additional maintenance projects and tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Solid background in machine and building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Working welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Experience repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Physically able to handle the demands of the job.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
