Responsibilities:

● Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer service.

● Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling techniques, and promotional initiatives.

● Manage a team of passionate employees, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure exceptional service delivery.

● Conduct group training classes according to Zoom Room's curriculum, focusing on positive reinforcement techniques and personalized instruction.

● Maintain a clean and safe training environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

● Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

● Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software and POS systems. Accurate reporting and tracking.

● Passion for dogs and a commitment to positive reinforcement-based training methods.
