Job Title: Software Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on software development for infotainment and navigation systems in the automotive industry. This role is based in the Dublin, Ohio area and involves developing and testing infotainment software for a major automotive OEM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test software for infotainment and navigation systems.
• Collaborate with a small team to design, implement, and maintain software applications.
• Work with Android applications and integrate them into automotive systems.
• Utilize C++ and Git for source code management and software development.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with Android applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with Git for source code management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with infotainment systems.
• Knowledge of application development for automotive systems.

Work Environment

This position offers the opportunity to work in a small, positive team environment. There may be occasional visits to a major automotive facility, offering exposure to a Japanese automotive work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, OH.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.45 - $31.25/hr.
