  • Ensure seamless integration between pharma companies, provider sites, and analytics teams, driving better patient recruitment, targeted therapies, and market readiness.

  • Partner closely with internal teams in analytics, data science, engineering, and cloud infrastructure to bring intelligence to life across the suite.

  • Strong background in AI, agents, and analytics with working knowledge of data structures and healthcare data flows.

  • Experience with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and commercial pharma strategies.

  • Advanced technical or scientific degree (PhD or equivalent) strongly preferred for credibility with executive stakeholders in pharma and biotech.

  • Ability to think like a builder - focused on solving real problems and enabling others (developers, scientists, clinicians) to extend and innovate on the platform.

  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and reimagining the future of healthcare and life sciences.

Preferred Knowledge Areas:

  • AI agents and agentic workflows

  • Trial optimization platforms
