**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while performing assigned duties.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
+ Follow all Allied Universal protocols and post orders specific to the automotive environment.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as part of patrol responsibilities.
+ Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift in accordance with company procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
