Job Description
The Appliance Repair Technician specializes in diagnosing and fixing home kitchen appliances and laundry machines. Working primarily on-site at customer homes, the technician performs repairs and parts replacement while often collaborating with a small team. This role requires local travel to various locations and demands an ability to work independently as well as alongside other technicians.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose appliance malfunctions accurately
- Perform repairs and maintenance on kitchen and laundry appliances
- Replace defective parts efficiently
- Conduct on-site service visits at customer homes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Manage local travel between customer locations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in appliance repair
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in use of diagnostic tools
