Title: Utility / Packer
Location: Cleveland, OH 44135
Pay: $16.50 to $19.00/hr
Shifts: Alternating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, rotating)

What You'll Do:

Utility (Machine Operator Helper):

• Assist machine operators to keep production running efficiently.

• Supply machines with materials and remove finished products.

• Perform basic quality checks and remove defective products.

• Help with machine changeovers, cleanups, and routine housekeeping.

• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

• Support other departments and production tasks as needed.

Packer:

• Pack finished products according to production and quality standards.

• Inspect products for defects and ensure correct counts.

• Label, tape, stack, and wrap cartons for shipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Assist teammates and support other production tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Basic math and English skills.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
