The Echelon of Medina Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses for 1st and 3rd shift! Flexible scheduling is available!

Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7AM - 7PM
• Night Shift: 7PM - 7AM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in the nursing process by providing input to the member's plan of care. Implements the care plan as written.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care plan, makes recommendations for revisions as appropriate.
• Records all pertinent observations and treatments as per facility policy.
• Provides for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of the member.
• Performs nursing procedures for which he/she has been trained.
• Notifies appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes in conditions of our member’s.
• Participates in case conferences, meetings and performance improvement activities as assigned.
• Maintains patient and business confidentiality.
