**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or behavior.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to appropriate personnel and/or authorities as directed by site procedures.
+ Assist with crowd management during events and public gatherings as needed.
+ Monitor access points and/or restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain order according to site policies.
+ Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and the on-site team regarding any security-related issues or concerns.
+ Support a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
