Join us at Beyond Healthcare as a Part-Time IOP Behavioral Health Specialist where you'll be providing clinical support, advocacy, education coordination, and administrative tasks within our IOP program. This role requires a skilled and empathetic individual who is committed to promoting the well-being of our clients and ensuring a comprehensive and supportive environment.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, &Thursday: 3:00pm-7:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating and co-facilitating group activities.
• Serve as an advocate for clients.
• Communicate with significant supports of the client.
• Complete required agency and professional training.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional practice.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of experience in a social service field required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with adolescents in a mental health treatment program or behavioral health setting, preferably in an intensive care setting.
• QMHS - preferred
• Familiarity facilitating behavioral health groups for adolescents preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards in the behavioral health field.
