About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of community associations and ensure compliance with governing documents.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and prepare annual operating plans.
- Facilitate communication between homeowners, board members, and vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Resolve conflicts and address homeowner inquiries in a timely manner.
- Implement community policies and enforce rules and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Community Association Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and community governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Certification in community association management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
