**Responsibilities:**

**Talent Acquisition:** Source, attract, and recruit top-notch candidates for various client positions, aligning their skills and aspirations with our clients' needs.

**Candidate Relationship Building:** Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to facilitate successful placements.

**Conducting Marketing Activities:** Involves reaching out to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions to effectively communicate our offerings and create meaningful connections. These approaches encompass utilizing various communication channels to engage and inform our target audience about our products and services.

**Effective Communication:** Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey job opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear and concise interactions.

**Customer-Centric Approach:** Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and deliver solutions that align with their needs.

**Performance Metrics:** Thrive in a target-driven environment, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to the achievement of team goals.

**Qualifications:**

**Experience:** Previous experience in sales, customer service, or service staff is advantageous.
**Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
**Detail-Oriented:** Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
**Problem-Solving:** Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
