Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Lighthouse Lab Services is partnering with a growing laboratory in the Beachwood, OH area to hire a Full-Time Accessioner . This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate handling of patient requisitions and data entry. If you’re detail-oriented and looking for a steady evening shift with no weekend requirements, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and sort patient requisitions for entry into the laboratory information system.

• Accurately identify, interpret, and enter patient data.

• Research and resolve missing demographic or insurance information by using online resources and contacting physician offices.

• Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, State, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.

• Assist with additional laboratory tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior knowledge of clerical procedures and data entry practices.

• Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset.

• Proficiency with computer applications and excellent attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting preferred, but not required.
