Construction Estimator
Overview:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing Dayton, OH construction company to help them search and qualify candidates for their Estimator position. Our client is a mid-size, stable company that moves quickly on decisions. Their workforce is important to them and they treat them accordingly by offering excellent benefits and bonus opportunities.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Estimating all assigned projects
· Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
· Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· Must have 5-10 years of experience as an estimator
· Experience with projects in commercial, public works, and/or wastewater/water treatment
· Experience working with CMR would be preferred
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million
Salary Range: $85-120K
